1. **Eligibility:**

- Participants must be current or soon-to-be residents of Chicago to be eligible for the referral program.

2. **Referral Submission:**

- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form provided by janieluxuryrealty.com.

- Only referrals submitted through the specified process will be considered valid.

3. **Referral Criteria:**

- Referrals must result in a successful move-in of the referred individual(s) by Janie Swarthout to be eligible for compensation. Janie must be compensated for your referral’s move-in to be eligible.

4. **Compensation:**

- Compensation will be awarded to the referring participant only after the referred individual has successfully moved into their apartment within 60 days of submitting the referral.

5. **Verification:**

- The referred individual must mark “Referral” under “How did you hear about me?” during the “Tell Me About Your Move” survey and the referrer must fill out a referral form on janieluxuryrealty.com for verification purposes.

6. **Exclusions:**

- Referrals for individuals who were previously clients of Janie Swarthout within the last 24 months will not be eligible for compensation.

7. **Payment & Payment Method:**

- Compensation will be provided in the form of Venmo or PayPal and will be processed within 60 days of the referred individual's move-in. Compensation is $100 per referral.

8. **Limitations:**

- There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can submit, but compensation will only be awarded for successful move-ins meeting the specified criteria.

9. **Program Changes:**

- Janie Swarthout reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

10. **Fraudulent Activity:**

- Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the referral program, including fraudulent submissions, will result in disqualification from the program.

11. **Participant Responsibility:**

- Participants are responsible for informing their referrals about the program terms and conditions.
