My friend recommended Janie to me and right from our first call later that day, I knew the difference. Janie was detail oriented, supportive and very approachable. She took down each one of my detailed needs and started sending me structured options regularly. I had a bad experience with an apartment management during my tour in the Lakeshore East area and Janie was always there to talk for me with the management even when they were being miscommunicative and flippant. When I decided to stay at another apartment, Janie jumped on to helping me immediately. For every tour, she also helped ask questions that mattered to me when I wasn’t thinking of them.

Lastly, within 4 days of starting to work with Janie, I found my home :) Especially during peak season of Chicago househunting when brokers and apartments do not really care about house hunters, I was prioritised and helped so well. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Janie to anyone who doesn't know where to start with their apartment search. She was AMAZING! She was always there and responded promptly when I had a question about apartment hunting in Chicago. I told her everything I wanted and she compiled a great list for me. The website is also great because you can go through all their listings on your own and "star" which ones you are interested and your leasing agent can follow up with you and get your tours scheduled. On the day I went to Chicago to tour, we met Janie at the first building and she was incredibly kind. She was there to ask all the questions I was forgetting to ask while focusing on other things. She ubered us around the city to see all the apartments and it was so nice to not have to worry about driving myself around the city. I found the perfect place for me that weekend and I could not have done it without this service! Thank you, Janie!

Janie was very friendly, professional, helpful, and communicative throughout the whole process of my apartment hunting! She helped me narrow down my search, curated the apartment options, scheduled all my tours (6 apartments) on the same day for me, and helped me find my future home that I’m moving in 2 weeks!! You just have to simply select your budget, bedrooms, locations, etc and an agent will curate the list of apartments and help throughout the process!
